Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms

journofixo operates this website from Singapore. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and journofixo under the laws of Singapore.

Proportionate Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law journofixo limits liability for indirect or consequential losses. Direct liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant course. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. You retain rights to seek remedies under the Personal Data Protection Act or through the Small Claims Tribunal where applicable.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a term does not waive it. journofixo may update terms by posting the new version on the site.
